I’ll try to summarize. This is not my resume. Nor a collection of hobbies. Nor a list of how-to articles. Rather, C. Margot is a place to ponder the human condition. The poetry you’ll find here touches on this concept in an abstract sense, whilst the essays examine the human experience in a more tangible way.
Have you ever felt; “I feel so alive” and in contrast, also experienced, the qualm: “why am I here?”
I write to record perspectives and examine the philosophies we adhere to; not just in the grand moments, but in the small moments too. I am fascinated by the juxtapositions between who we are and what is expected of us, the perseverance of the mind, and the stories that shape us.
